Es importante poner negro sobre blanco.<\/p>\n

Sin hacerme responsable de los resultados que os salga a cada uno, puedo decir, haciendo un striptease emocional que a m\u00ed en su d\u00eda me cambi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Coges un papel y un boli, y te dejas llevar para pensar en tres momentos de tu vida en los que fuiste especialmente feliz, pleno. Y lo apuntas.<\/p>\n

  3. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Luego en cada uno de ellos describes qu\u00e9 ocurr\u00eda brevemente. O cu\u00e1l era tu papel en esa escena, qu\u00e9 te gustaba especialmente.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Y ahora cuando ya lo tengas, el gran reto:<\/p>\n

    BUSCA CU\u00c1L ES LA ESTRUCTURA COM\u00daN.\u00a0 Es decir, de todos los momentos\u2026 \u00bf\u00bfqu\u00e9 ocurre en todos ellos??, por ejemplo, que siempre hay gente, que siempre son temas familiares\u2026 yo que s\u00e9. Qu\u00e9 hay en com\u00fan.<\/p>\n

    En mi caso, el com\u00fan denominador es la familia, el campo y el amor.<\/p>\n

    En todos los momentos que he escrito estaba aprendiendo y eran compartidos, en todos flu\u00eda y en todos ten\u00eda libertad salvaje, es decir todos mis momentos los hab\u00eda elegido yo de forma consciente no vinieron por azar.<\/p>\n

    Y esto me lleva a que si los junto y los defino se ve muy bien cu\u00e1l es mi prop\u00f3sito o mi forma m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntica. Y a m\u00ed personalmente me sirve de br\u00fajula apasionante para elegir escenas y caminos.<\/p>\n
